Introduction of Services 457 and 458

6 March 2026 – Services 457 and 458 will be introduced on Monday, 23 March 2026, to enhance connectivity for Hougang and Sengkang residents travelling to and from Tai Seng MRT Station. 

Service 457 will commence its journey from the bus stop opposite Hougang Central Interchange (64549) and serve two bus stops along Hougang Avenues 5 and 7. 

Service 458 will start from the bus stop opposite Sengkang MRT Station/Blk 260A (67401) and serve six bus stops along Sengkang East Way and Rivervale Drive.  

Thereafter, both services will travel directly to and terminate at the bus stop along Upper Paya Lebar Road, after Tai Seng Station (70281). 

Their return journeys in the evenings will start from the bus stop along Upper Paya Lebar Road, after Tai Seng Station Exit C (70289). 

These services will operate on weekdays, excluding Public Holidays, from 6.30am to 8.30am and 5.30pm to 7.30pm, at 15-minute intervals.
