B. Tender Document:
Tender Document is available from Monday, 2 February 2026 onwards.
C. Tender Document Fee:
S$10.00 each set (non-refundable) inclusive of GST made payable to ‘SBS Transit Ltd.’’
Interested purchasers shall download the ‘Details of Purchaser’ form from SBS Transit’s website at https://www.sbstransit.com.sg/space-for-lease and purchase a set of Tender Document.
Tender Document fee shall be paid strictly by Paynow or Internet Banking (Payment details will be provided in the ‘Details of Purchaser’ form).
The purchasers shall email their completed ‘Details of Purchaser’ form and proof of payment to dtlrental@sbstransit.com.sg latest by Wednesday, 11 February 2026. The Tender Document will be sent to the eligible purchasers via email upon verification of payment.
D. Tender Closing Date and Time:
Friday, 13 February 2026, at 1500 hours sharp
